Welcome to the User Management guide. Here you'll learn how to manage user accounts and access various tools and features within the system. Use the User Management menu to edit or create user profiles, navigate to legacy and new monitoring interfaces, access documentation, and support ticketing, and view account settings, and more.
The User Management menu is displayed on the upper right side of the screen.
To display, click on your Profile on the upper right side of the screen.
The User management will contain the following:
- TRADE360 legacy: will navigate you to the old TRADE360 interface.
- Monitoring tool: will navigate to the new Monitoring interface.
- Documentation: will navigate to ‘Freshdesck’ and display the TRADE360 documentation. This is where you can find a technical and UI platform user guides explanation.
- Support ticket: will navigate to ‘Freshdesck’, support ticketing section. This is where you open a new support ticket to report a problem or question you have with the system, and you can see all your ticketing history.
- Account settings:
- View your account settings, user information, and InPlay and PreMatch package information.
- View your account settings, user information, and InPlay and PreMatch package information.
- User Management – This is where all the user accounts are listed. You can edit a user profile or create a new user account.

- Log Out – Click to log out of the application.
